Office & Banquet Space
This 1910's Victorian Home will undergo a full restoration to the interior and exterior. All utilities will be upgraded to modern standards, while maintaining the classic charm and architecture of the time. The floorplan will be reconfigured with office suites on the 2nd and 3rd floors, while converting the ground floor into an open plan with catering kitchen allowing it to be used as a banquet space.

This original building suffered a fire in 2014. We rebuilt this structure from the ground up. Designed in conjunction with the restaurant owner who occupies the space, we created a modern and minimalist space with plenty of natural light, providing a bright and welcoming space for guests dining.
